We follow the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU data subjects, the GDPR.
Storage clients
For warehousing, we process the client's representatives' contacts, contracts and payment details, and records of who delivers and collects goods (names, vehicle numbers, times). We store goods, not personal data about the owners' customers.
Tenants and buyers
For leases and property sales, we process identity and tax data of individuals, company details of legal entities, contracts, payments and data required for notarial and state registration of rights.
Construction
For construction projects, we process contacts of customers, designers and subcontractors, and site access records for workers and visitors to ensure safety.
Research and advertising
Survey participation is voluntary. Answers are analysed and reported in aggregated or anonymised form. For ad placement, we work with media using audience statistics, not personal profiles.
Legal basis
Contract, legal obligation (accounting, tax, registration of property rights), consent (enquiries and surveys) and legitimate interest (site safety).
Sharing
- notaries and state registrars (property deals);
- subcontractors and designers (construction);
- media outlets (ad placement, without personal data of individuals);
- bank, accountant, IT and email providers;
- authorities where required by law.
We never sell personal data.
Retention
- Enquiries — 6 months;
- Access records — 12 months;
- Survey contact details — deleted at project end;
- Contracts and accounting — as required by law.
